We supported Raffinerie Tirlemontoise in a strategic project to modernize its facilities, which notably included the replacement of two natural gas-fired steam boilers.
Our assignment began with the development of a comprehensive project plan, followed by all the detailed studies required for its execution, covering both civil engineering and piping systems.
These studies encompassed all relevant technical circuits: raw water, demineralized water, boiler feed water, compressed air, natural gas, as well as low- and high-pressure steam.
To meet the specific requirements of the site, a technical room was set up for the pumps, and a new building was constructed to house the facility’s compressors. We also conducted detailed studies for the piping routes and their supports, which involved nearly 100 tons of steel structures.
The entire project was rigorously monitored by our engineering teams, right up to the final commissioning of the installations.
