Installation of a new reverse osmosis system

The company BENEO ORAFTI called on our services for the installation of a fourth reverse osmosis system on their Oreye site.
This project began with detailed on-site studies to better understand the constraints and specificities of the installation. Based on this, we selected the equipment best suited to the client’s needs in terms of flow rate and osmosis water quality.
The next step was to design a layout plan for the various skids, including the reverse osmosis system and the pump, taking into account the possible future integration of a 5th reverse osmosis system.
A detailed plan has also been developed for the integration of new 1 µm pre-filters, thus ensuring efficient and reliable filtration.
With particular care, our team produced the piping and support plans, ensuring a perfect match between the different elements. We have also created detailed isometrics for each line, providing comprehensive plans that make it easier to understand the entire network. Finally, alongside the installation of the reverse osmosis systems, site safety was taken into account, thanks to the designa of detailed plans for various terminals and protection elements.
Throughout the project, our team carries out regular monitoring of the work on site, thus making it possible to verify the compliance of the work with the plans and technical standards in force.
