Renewal of concrete slabs

At the request of BENEO ORAFTI, we were approached for a project to renovate a concrete slab located in a process building.
With a total surface area of approximately 350 m², the objective was to optimize the floor slopes to ensure efficient collection of various effluents into the treatment network.
For hygiene and cleanliness reasons, measures were taken to facilitate floor cleaning, particularly by adapting the piping networks and equipment supports. At the same time, a protective layer of epoxy resin was added to resist the acidic treated juices.
Finally, resin coatings were applied to the edges of the concrete foundations and around the building’s posts, with a rounded edge between the coatings and the ground, ensuring a high-quality finish.
Throughout this project, we provided regular on-site monitoring, ensuring compliance with the client’s requirements and specifications.
